- 2024 Gamay Noir: Juicy and immediately appealing, with structure and complexity shaped by Mammoth Rock’s exposed coastal site.
- 2024 Pineau d'Aunis: Purple fruit, pepper and spice, and layers that keep shifting in the glass.
- 2021 Cuvée Kaela: Wild-fermented and organically farmed. Still energetic, now rounder and more resolved.
- 2019 Pinot Noir: Layered and savory, the kind of Pinot that rewards a slow pour.
